St. Germain Strategy is a consulting firm, not a one-person shop and not a call center. You get a dedicated team on the file: capital markets, cash-flow, and negotiation, with licensed counsel brought in when the path is legal.

We were built by operators who have sat in the owner's chair: cash tight, payroll due, lenders calling, and a decision that has to be right the first time. That is the standard we bring to a merchant cash advance stack — daily ACH, UCC-1 filings, personal guarantees, and a business that still has to make payroll.

The work is still hands-on. The first question is whether the stack can be refinanced into something the cash flow can actually service. If it cannot, we work a negotiation file with the funder. If the funder will not cooperate, we help you prepare a legal-path brief that licensed counsel can use.
